A basic clown costume is easily achieved with this charming collar, our sparkly sequin circus cape, a cone hat, and some clown makeup.

DETAILS

Handmade from six airy layers of pastel tulle with one layer of metallic tulle sandwiched in-between.
Bound with metallic cotton binding that has been left raw past the tulle it easily ties with a bow.
• Fastens with ties with at the back of the neck.
• Depth of Tulle 15cm
• Width of main collar 35cm
• Adjustable neck Ties 30cm
• One size fits all

- The black, & white collars are one solid colour unless you request otherwise

CARE

Very gentle hand washing with cool water and a small amount of liquid detergent ONLY if necessary.

Do Not use fabric softener, dry flat and once dry pull layers apart to 'fluff up'.

Tulle can become wrinkled as it's stored. To remove the wrinkles, use steam from an iron to get the wrinkles out.

Always use the lowest heat setting and never apply heat directly to the tulle.
